About the Role

At Neptis Media Ltd we are now in a position to offer enthusiastic and driven sales professionals the opportunity to help us increase our customer’s client base.

Experience in the energy sales sector would be great. More importantly, we are looking to engage people who are determined, focused and target driven. A great telephone manner and a strong work ethic are also a must.

This is a new and growing team.  Therefore, there will be opportunities for personal growth for people with the right skill-set and attitude.

What will you be doing?

Working in a fast-paced and energetic environment, you will be a key member of the new energy sales team and will help generate new customers and drive the performance and results of the business.

  • Provide a first – class level of customer service;
  • Build rapport with our customers and identify their needs
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers in a professional, in a professional manner;
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive level of product knowledge to ensure suitable products are matched to customer needs
  • Manage dialler activity efficiently
  • Always adhere to call handling and quality assurance standards

 

The People:

Due to the nature of this role, previous Sales experience is essential. In addition, you will be expected to have excellent communication skills with competent PC skills and an excellent customer focus.

Salary: Competitive

Bonus: Uncapped for Energy / Cross selling bonus available

You will work 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will be during the following hours: Mon-Thurs 09:00 – 20:00

Fri 10:00 – 15:00. Saturday shift when offered will be as extra hours.
